Can I add more circuits later?

Y951 is available in fixed configurations from 2 to 16 circuits. If needs grow, add another unit and manage both from the same platform account.

What happens if the connection drops?

Local panel control always works. Stored schedules continue locally; cloud-side sensor linkage resumes when connectivity returns.

Can sensors connect directly to the box?

Y951 does not provide direct sensor input terminals. Sensors connect to the platform through separate DTU devices such as Y201-G, then cloud rules trigger Y951 circuits.

How is power failure alert delivered?

With the optional power failure detection module, mains loss can trigger app push notifications, with optional SMS and voice call delivery.

What is the load limit per circuit?

Standard load is 2.2KW per circuit. Higher loads require confirmed custom configuration before order.

Which communication option should I choose?

Choose -G for field sites, -W for reliable local WiFi, and -R for machine rooms, pump stations, or wired industrial networks.

Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

Yes. Enclosure color, silk-screen logo, and configuration customization are available; standard models have no MOQ.
